Sometimes you get angry, really angry and it begins internally, eventually manifesting itself physically. Anger is a secondary emotion and it's always a mask of your true feelings. It could be a reaction to insecurity, sadness, loss, guilt, misunderstandings, frustration, lies, racism, discrimination and a plethora of other feelings. Being aware of the fact that you're angry can be a step to healing and working out the why.
